THE BEST EDUCATION
MyHome believes that a successful remodeling project must start with an excellent design. We recruit and train remodeling consultants on a quarterly basis, requiring our trainees to undergo 80 hours of classroom and field training. After a three month assessment period, they must pass a theory and practical exam, which evaluates their knowledge in design concepts and their fluency in our customized design software. At this point, the remodeling consultant becomes a Certified Remodeling Consultant. But training doesn't end there. Weekly training continues even after certification is achieved.
HOW OUR TEAM WORKS FOR YOU
You'll feel confident with MyHome, as you work your way step-by-step through our logical intake and remodeling process. First, you'll meet with one of our Certified Remodeling Consultants. He'll help you choose your materials and products from one of our showrooms.
Then, we have a member of our team whose sole responsibility is to make sure product orders are tracked and received as expected. You'll also be assigned a Project Manager, who will supervise your renovations to the end, ensuring materials are where they need to be, when they need to be there; keeping communication lines open between you and the construction crew, and making sure the work is completed on time, and within the budget set. Plus, the crew who will be working on your renovations will be the same team, from beginning to end.
After construction is finished, a touch-up crew will make sure everything is completed to your satisfaction.
